Founded in 1993, Coastal's initial focus was professional anesthesia staffing. Now, as it becomes increasingly difficult to fill healthcare positions with qualified professionals, Coastal is stepping up its commitment to connect clients with providers. Coastal now staffs a variety of healthcare professionals, including physician staffing, for hospitals and medical facilities experiencing temporary shortages or needing permanent positions filled.

Our staffing team consists of physicians, advanced practice professionals, nurses, and business majors. We are committed to helping our medical facilities meet their staffing needs. At the same time, we want to place our medical professionals in an assignment that fits their desires and skill sets, whether that is a travel assignment, temporary to permanent, or a full-time position.
