Emergency Services Department Director Southwest
Direct the operations of this growing Emergency Department consisting of 15 Bays with a separate 5 Bay fast track area. Hospital will start expansion plans to increase the size of this department to 30 beds in 2009.
Currently 30K visits per year! Well staffed department with 30 FTE?s and 2 Nurse Managers and strong support staff.
Ideal candidate will have BSN with prior experience as a Department Manager or Director in similar size department of 5-8 years. Prior experience in expansion and renovation projects a plus.
Director will report to CNO.
Community size of 50K with many new subdivisions in progress! Average single family housing units around 100K
