We are seeking a Director of Nursing to coordinate and establish patient care plans, implement facility polices, manage dialysis nursing staff and technicians, implement and participate in facility quality assurance plans, conduct and attend multidisciplinary team conferences, ensures clinical supervision, assist in reviewing current clinical and service documentation for compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations, evaluate performance of field staff according to requirements set forth in this job description and agency standards for acceptable care and service delivery, and participate in orientation of new staff.

Must have completed a Registered Nurse education from an accredited school in the State of Mississippi; Be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Mississippi or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC); Have at least one year experience as an RN obtained within the last 36 months and has at least three years current experience in hemodialysis; or has at least two years experience as an RN and holds a current certification from a nationally recognized board in nephrology nursing or hemodialysis; or a nephrologist or physician with training or demonstrated experience in the care of ESRD clients; Minimum of four (4) years experience in nursing, of which at least two (2) are in a managerial or director role; and A minimum of one (1) year home health and supervisor experience
