We are seeking a Facility Administrator to coordinate and establish patient care plans, implement facility polices, manage dialysis nursing staff and technicians, implement and participate in facility quality assurance plans, conduct and attend multidisciplinary team conferences, ensures clinical supervision, assist in reviewing current clinical and service documentation for compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations, evaluate performance of field staff according to requirements set forth in this job description and agency standards for acceptable care and service delivery, and participate in orientation of new staff.

Must be a licensed physician, a registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator; or have at least a high school diploma or a general equivalency degree (GED) (at a minimum), training and experience in health service administration, and at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs or facilities. Must have thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of a medical and nursing specialty in home health care and hemodialysis and/or other specialty related to the area of administrative responsibility and the ability to direct the work of medical, professional and technical staff in the agency.
