Join the team of this busy hospital?s Surgical Services Department. This 420 plus bed hospital has 8 OR suites and 2 cysto rooms. Case load of 700 per month keeps this staff of 76 FTE?s busy. This OR nurse manager will have 2 OR schedulers reporting plus 4 team coordinators!
Ideal candidate will be seasoned nurse manager who understands team building concepts and has excellent communication skills. Must be able to be a leader within the OR to strengthen and support long term team members and be able to work with new hires to round out this staff into a cohesive group. Additional goals of OR Utilization and turn over times will be top priority as well.
BSN, CNOR and 5-8 years of progressive management experience.
Salary is based upon experience, relocation assistance will be offered as well
