A*Med Home Health/Hospice a premier in home health care is currently hiring Registered Nurses to service the greater Austin area. Candidate should have at least 1 year of clinical experience in LTAC, home health, hospice, Rehabilitation, or hospital experience and be able to travel throughout the area.

Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas and in good standing.

Practical knowledge of OASIS assessment.

Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally. Bilingual is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously.

Ability to handle confidential medical information in a professional manner.

Strong knowledge and practice of HIPAA.

Ability to lift/transfer/move/assist patients in excess of 100 pounds.
