In addition to In-Home nursing, we also have Adult Family Homes in Kirkland, Kenmore, and Snohomish, where we provide a dignified home-like setting to clients who have lifelong complex medical conditions. We are honored to say that one of our pediatric clients has now graduated to one of our Adult Family Homes! Our clients receive round-the-clock nursing care from a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). We encourage family involvement and work together to develop a nursing plan of care that incorporates the client's preferences, special interests, and care needs. With our years of experience, we have become a valued resource for our clients, their families, and our community. We proudly advocate for medically intensive Home Health care. We work tirelessly to bring patients back to their families. Without us, without YOU, these clients would otherwise need long term hospitalization or placement in a traditional long term care facility. Over 40% of our nurses have been with us for more than ten years. Ten years of watching someone grow; playing an integral role in their development; experiencing the fulfillment of what nursing can really be.
