Pathways Community Health Pathways Community Health is a not-for-profit community mental health center providing a full continuum of mental health care and access to services in Missouri and Louisiana. Family Counseling Center of Missouri, Inc.'s (FCC) community-based programs have been serving individuals and families throughout mid-Missouri since 1972. As a not-for-profit mental health services organization, FCC offers residential treatment, outpatient services and community prevention programs with some funding and certifications from the Missouri Department of Mental Health and Missouri Division on Aging. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals, families and communities by helping people make positive changes in their lives and empowering them to make healthy and effective choices. We strive to do this by providing: professional therapy, addiction recovery treatment, and community support services. Royal Oaks Hospital, located in the rural community of Windsor, Missouri, is a 41-bed behavioral health hospital that provides comprehensive services for children, adolescents and adults. Our staff-to-patient ratio, individualized care and intensive program structure provides each individual with the best opportunity to improve his or her quality of life. Services include: child, adolescent & adult services; acute care, behavioral health & co-occurring programs and evidence based practices; and interdisciplinary treatment. Crider Health Center joined the Compass Health network in late 2014. Crider Center serves the mental, physical, and dental needs of citizens in St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren and Franklin counties of the greater St. Louis area. Founded in 1979 as a provider of behavioral health services, the organization has expended its services significantly since inception to include primary care, pediatrics, ob/gyn, pharmacy, dental services, community supports, crisis response, and prevention services as well to meet the growing needs of the populations it serves. Crider Health’s mission: to build resilience and promote health through community partnerships. Compass Health Pharmacy (CHP) is a closed-door retail pharmacy owned and operated by Compass Health. The pharmacy provides services to Royal Oaks Hospital for inpatient medication management needs and consultations to Royal Oaks Hospital physicians, nurses and clients. CHP also provides services to clients in the outpatient setting. Practitioners can escript medications to CHP and the escript will be filled and mailed to the client. The goal is increased medication compliance for our clients. Future pharmacy plans include providing cost effective medications to our employees. The mission of Compass Health Pharmacy (CHP) is to improve patient outcomes by offering a continuum of care for inpatients and outpatients of Compass Health.
