Alliance Nursing is currently searching for Nurses who are just as passionate as we are about providing the best care possible for our fragile clients. Working with medically complex infants, children and young adults, you will not only get to know the clients personally, but their family/guardians, physicians and entire medical team.

Each client has a plan of care specifically tailored to them and as their nurse, you will provide your knowledge and skills as well. From the initial "Meet and Greet" to your first orientation shift in the home, you will have 24/7 Clinical Support and hands on paid training with a Clinical Supervisor.

Now is your chance to help a little boy who will take your heart when you meet him. He is trach only and has IV for nutrition and hydration, so he is active! While he is nonverbal, Nurses who have worked with him LOVE talking to him and he reacts with facial expressions. Can't forget, his best friend is his sister whom he just adores and she is a big help with his care. You should join this family and get to know him!

Here is what you can help with:
DAYS: Saturday's | 12 hour shift | Flex on shift time

You will receive paid classroom training on vent and trach's as well as paid on the job training with our Clinical Supervisor. Not only is this an opportunity to learn new skills, it is an amazing chance to help this little one and her guardian.

Skills you will learn:
Mechanical Vent Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Tracheostomy Care
Complex Respiratory Support
Nursing interventions for seizure disorders
Medication administration
IV Therapy
