Manager Emergency Services

Responsible for operations, financial management and personnel of the department.
Supports the director in achieving optimum performance by ensuring continuity and quality of service and care through the managemtn of overall da to da operaton.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulation to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required, Master's preferred.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
Current: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
Ability to influence, motivate, manage, train and develop staff.
Knowledge of regulatory standards for compliance.
