Nurse Aid required

Looking for a friendly but firm full time or live in nurse aid to assist my father with daily care and safety. He is competent, 82 years of age and has Vascular Parkinsons with no shaking. He can walk slowly with a walker but needs to be assisted and monitored. He can carry on a conversation and still has a great sense of humor but tends to forget things and gets confused easily. Regretfully he is incontinent and needs assistance as he does not make it to the bathroom in time. Looking for someone to keep him safe, take him for walks and chat with him. He is a lovely man but tends to get frustrated easily so needs a firm but caring nurse aid. I have a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on the beach in Siesta Key and room and board is included with the salary. The other option is that he stays on the second floor in Bay Village which is not my preference. Thank you for your response, Erica
