RN Home Care (Full-time Weekends)

CHI St. Vincent Health at Home-Little Rock is seeking a Weekend RN (36 hours)!

We use EMR system, HomeCare HomeBase for time efficient documentation.

Home Care Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Provides skilled care and education to patients and their caregivers
Participates in the coordination of services with other disciplines and community resources as needed
Evaluates and revises care plans/assessments based on changes in patients and/or their environments
Participates in regular case conferences and in-services or special case orientations as needed.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Currently licensed to practice in Arkansas
One year RN experience required
