Urgent Need for Nurses (RN or LPN) Special Pediatric Case - Full Time Days / Nights

At Alliance Nursing, you will provide nursing care for medically complex clients in their homes, from pediatrics to adults. You will work closely with the families/guardians, physicians, social workers, and hospitals to provide the critical skills needed for the client's care. You become an integral part of their holistic care.

It is not just applying your nursing skills and knowledge to care for someone; it is adding that extra human touch. Providing the family with the safety and comfort of your nursing care and creating that bond with the client. You become a part of the home, the family, and their lives. Therefore, it is so important for companies such as Alliance to provide the staff needed in these homes.

We have a special little girl who's condition requires attention and that extra, extra nurse care. She is trach and vent dependent with G-J Tube. Her Guardian is very involved in her care and works well with the nurses that care for her. Make A Wish Foundation built this little a fantastic room with a kitchenette and separate entrance. She is non verbal but will react and smile and engage when she is feeling well.

Full time days and full time nights

Your duties may include:

Mechanical Vent Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Tracheostomy Care
Complex Respiratory Support
Nursing interventions for seizure disorders
Medication administration
IV Therapy
